Please note that certain delicate occasion wear and sale items are considered final sale to maintain the highest quality standards.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, hangers, and protective polybags are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
